dude, I’m interested in your avengers but aren’t they a bit over priced? I can get vaiders with that pricing. Since you’ve got contacts in the states, I think your price is a bit way off compared to your other competitors which have ready stock. Just my 2 cents.
Hi dude, thanks for the 2 cents. Let me explain to you this.. 99% of ‘Supras’ currently available in Malaysia are either fakes or replicas. I do have an original Supra, and have compared them with almost all outlets that sells so called ‘Supra’ here, and the differential of quality is amisable to the untrained eye. Supra Footwear does not sell to customers outside the US, thus creating the abundance of replicas and fakes originating from China and Mexico.
The Avenger range of Supra Footwear sold here on BooFunky can’t be compared in pricing with all the replicas in Malaysia (yes, they sell replica Supras at Original price), but let’s ponder on the pricing for a second.. The average Avenger price is US 70.00. Add US 32.00 for shipping to Malaysia and another US 20.00 for handling fees charged by my US reps. So my new total cost now is US 122.00. Now convert this to RM (@ RM 3.00 = US 1.00) you get RM 366.00. Add custom taxes of 12% on finished footwear goods, and the new cost comes up to RM 409.92. The rest is my profits.. So you tell me dude, whether its overpriced or not.. I’m transparent dude, and trying to make an honest living by giving Malaysians the opportunity to get their hands on an Original Supra Footwear.. That lasts, and gives you your money’s worth, for many years to come..
FYI, I do know how to differentiate between counterfeit and authentic, I’ve got a few pairs of authentic Supras bought locally and ordered straight from the US.
I’m just saying that your prices for pre order can’t beat ready stock from Zone 5 and The Push which is the only reliable store that brings in authentic Supras and they get their stock from our southern neighbor, Singapore.
I ain’t hating or being a cheapskate, I’d love to see Supra expand from the counterfeit BS, but all I’m pointing out is that your prices can’t beat the ones bringing in the real deal. Like I said, just my two cents, heck, I’d still cop them Avengers from you if the rest don’t stock it up. But as an enthusiast for Supras, I’m just giving out my opinion as a potential customer.
The Push is giving attractive prices for authentic Supras while Zone 5s supras are over priced, but yet, your prices are highter. So you get the drift? This info should be valuable to you. 🙂
